How to reset network settings on an iPhone
If you're ever having trouble getting service on your iPhone, have issues with your mobile data, have your iPhone stuck on "Searching" and can't connect to the network, then a good thing to try is to reset your network settings.
Note: This will not erase anything on the iPhone. It will however remove your saved Wi-Fi passwords so you will have to reconnect to your Wi-Fi connections.
- Go to Settings > General
- Touch Reset
- Touch Reset Network Settings
- Confirm by tapping Reset Network Settings again
You will then see the Apple logo and your phone will restart and try to reconnect to the network
